US Health & Welfare Benefits
Medical
ACN offers two PPO medical plans through Blue Cross Blue Shield of NC. Both plans offer $20/$30 office visit copays, wellness benefits, and prescriptions. Our Base Plan has a $1,750 deductible and 80% co-insurance. Our Premier Plan has a $250 deductible and 100% coinsurance.
Dental
ACN provides dental insurance through Delta Dental of NC. In-network benefits include free exams and teeth cleaning twice a year, basic services covered at 80% and major services covered at 50% with an annual maximum of $1,500. Orthodontia benefits for children are provided for up to a lifetime maximum of $1,500.
Vision
Our vision insurance is administered by Davis Vision. The coverage for glasses and contact lenses varies by your selections at the provider. You may be able to receive a discount on laser vision correction through this plan as well.
Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Disability Insurance
ACN provides employees with company-paid Life Insurance and AD&D equal to one times annual salary, to a maximum of $150,000. Employees have the option of purchasing voluntary life and AD&D insurance for themselves and their dependents.
Short and Long Term Disability
ACN provides employees with company-paid disability plans. Short Term Disability provides a benefit equal to 60% of weekly earnings, up to a maximum of $1,500. Long Term Disability provides a benefit equal to 60% of monthly earnings, up to a maximum of $15,000.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Flexible Spending Accounts allow employees to pay for health care and day care expenses with tax-free dollars. ACN offers employees the ability to set aside up to $3,000 for a Health Care Spending Account and $5,000 for a Dependent Care Spending Account each calendar year.
US Retirement Benefits
All employees are eligible to participate in ACN’s 401(k) Employee Retirement Savings Plan upon date of hire. The 401(k) Plan allows employees to defer up to 100% of their pre-tax income, up to the IRS annual maximum. After 6 months of employment, employees are eligible for employer matching contributions of $0.50 for every $1.00 up to the first 3% of salary contributed to the plan.
US Time Off
Combined Time Off
ACN combines vacation, personal, and sick time into Combined Time Off. Employees are eligible to use their time off after 30 days of employment.

Discounted Phone Service
As an employee of ACN, you will be able to receive an employee discount on qualifying ACN local, long-distance, and internet services. Under our Friends & Family plan, you will be able to share your discount with your friends and family members.
Educational Assistance Plan
Our educational assistance plan will provide tuition reimbursement for employees that are pursuing a degree in an ACN-related field. Reimbursement amounts are up to $800 per term for undergraduate degrees and $1,200 per term for graduate level degrees. ACN will reimburse for two terms each calendar year. Employees are eligible to take advantage of this program after 30 days of service.
Employee Assistance Program
All employees are eligible to use ACN's employee assistance program. This free and confidential service can provide you and your family members with assistance, information and counseling as it relates to a number of issues you may run across in your personal life.
Emergency Travel Assistance
This free program can be used for both business and pleasure travel. Our travel assistance program can help you if you experience an emergency while you are on vacation.
Employee Referral Program
As an ACN employee, if you refer a candidate to an open position and that candidate is hired, you will be eligible to earn a referral bonus if they stay with us for 90 days.

ACN offers a wide array of benefits through Great-West that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, short and long-term disability.
Medical
Our medical plan covers 80% reimbursement on prescription drugs. Through this plan ACN employees are also entitled to semi private accommodations for hospital charges incurred in the province of residence. The plan also offers an international travel insurance for emergency services.
Dental
Our dental plan covers 80% reimbursement on basic and adjunctive services. 50% reimbursement on prosthodontics and major restorations.
Vision
Our vision plan offers total coverage for a maximum of $200 every 2 years on frames, lenses and examinations.
