Health Benefits

Medical

ACN is pleased to offer two medical plans. They are both PPOs (Preferred Provider Organizations) that are administered by Blue/Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. As with any PPO plan, you may choose from a network of doctors and providers. If you choose to go out of network, the benefit covered will be lower than going in-network.

Our premier plan, PPO 1 is a 100/80 in-network plan with a $250 single/$500 family in-network deductible. Our standard plan is an 80/60 in-network plan with a $500 single/$1,000 family in-network deductible.

Dental

Our dental insurance is provided by Delta Dental. We are in Delta’s PPO network. As with other PPO-type plans, the benefits are greater if you go to an in-network provider.

Vision

Our vision insurance is administered by Davis Vision. The coverage for glasses and contact lenses varies by your selections at the provider. You may be able to receive a discount on laser vision correction through this plan as well.

Life Insurance

ACN provides you with one times your annual base earnings in Life Insurance and AD&D insurance free of cost to you. You will also have the option to purchase supplemental life on yourself and your dependents.

Short and Long Term Disability

Company paid. Coverage for non-exempt employees begins on the first of the month following one year of service. Life Insurance, AD&D, STD and LTD are all administered by UNUM.

Flexible Spending Accounts

ACN offers both health care and dependent care reimbursement flexible spending accounts. The maximum contribution for health FSAs is $3,000 and $5,000 for dependent care FSAs.

Our health care FSA provides you with a pre-loaded Visa card that you can use at the point of purchase, making the use of Flexible Spending accounts much easier! Our flexible spending plans are administered by ADP FlexDirect.
