Time Off
Combined Time Off
ACN combines vacation, personal and sick time into combined
time off or CTO. The CTO accrual rates are 9 hours/month
for non-exempt positions, 12 hours/month for exempt positions
and 15.33 hours/month for director level positions. That
equals 13.5 days for non-exempt, 18 days for exempt and 23
days for directors!
Although you CTO is accrued, you will be allowed to “borrow
ahead” on your balance, so you can take time before
it is actually earned. You will be eligible to begin taking
time off after 30 days of employment.
Bereavement Leave
ACN provides employees up to three days of paid bereavement
leave for a death in their immediate family.
Jury Duty
If you are called to serve on a jury, ACN will cover the
difference between your base earnings and the jury duty fee
paid by the court for up to one week.
Other Types of Leave
By law, ACN also complies with Federal and State regulations
as they pertain to some other types of leave like family,
medical and military.

ACN recognizes the following paid holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- 4th of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Friday after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
