Job Description

JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for managing delivery of complex projects and programs with broad scope, high risk, high impact, high dispersion and/or long implementation time frames. Project assignments are cross functional, of significant magnitude and importance to the execution of corporate business strategies and achievement of company objectives


  • Directs and manages projects delivery activity from initiation to close through project lifecycle; managing standard key elements of scope, schedule & cost.
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with all delivery stakeholders and project sponsors.
  • Estimate the internal and external resources needed to achieve project goals.
  • Develop detailed project plans and associated communications documents.
  • Facilitate meetings as necessary at all levels within the organization to ensure the successful implementation and completion of the project.
  • Lead and direct work of others that do not directly report to you but whose input and cooperation are needed on the project.
  • Proactively manage risk and issues, prepare mitigation and contingency plans. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
  • Track and communicate project status, metrics, and budget to all levels of management and stakeholders via weekly reporting.


  • Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience and demonstrated successful project and/or program management.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate multiple, concurrent program activities, while understanding and managing dependencies.
  • Ability to work autonomously on various problems combined with the discernment to know when to approach issues from a team perspective.
  • Ability to manage IT delivery projects, familiar with a variety of Service Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) methods in support of package implementation, SaaS service integrations, and Agile software delivery processes. Must have experience working with development, quality assurance, and operational IT leaders to deliver successful projects with new and enhanced IT services.
  • Must demonstrate strong capabilities in the following: communication management, facilitation, management of team dynamics, relationship building, influencing, management of matrix personnel, problem solving, decision making, resourcefulness, strategic thinking, innovation management, tactical execution, dealing with ambiguity, team building, leadership, interpersonal communications, and executive level communications.
  • Proficiency in the following software programs: MS/Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and Outlook.


  • Experience with Salesforce implementation projects a plus
  • Project Management Professional certification or equivalent certification 

Six Sigma Black Belt Certification or recent Process Excellence experience 


  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10lbs
