JOB SUMMARY: The Strategic Account Manager plays a critical role in the development, growth, health and retention of major external partner relationships. He or She works with our partners to drive business goals and objectives that provide the best possible experience for our customers while maintaining and improving profitability. Specific areas of focus include product enhancements, product launch management, product marketing management, process optimization, market research analysis and end user management and support.

• Serve as the primary point of contact as it relates to overall account, new opportunities and escalations
• Build strong and mutually beneficial relationships with external partners
• Conduct regular scheduled meetings with partners and stakeholders to ensure needs are met
• Provide clear and consistent direction to supporting teams to drive business goals
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor and analyze key business indicators and ensures accurate and timely delivery of data
• Research and analyze current industry trends in the market to identify new product enhancement opportunities
• Identifies new partnerships and assists in developing new relationships

• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Ability to manage multiple projects/partners simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• An ability to address issues in a timely manner while identifying root cause
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
• Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Availability to travel as needed
• Knowledge of marketing and its relationship to product management

• 5+ years work experience in B2B Strategic Account Management
• BS degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
• Solid sales experience in a B2B environment
• Experience as a Strategic Account Manager or Key Account Manager

• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10lbs.
