JOB SUMMARY: The Creative Services Director is responsible for overall brand management, and the management of all visual design elements necessary to build engaging campaigns, support the business and promote the ACN business opportunity and product portfolio. This individual is collaborative by nature, a creative driver and a thought leader that thrives in a fast-paced/high production environment and is receptive to incorporating design feedback from key stakeholders, while confident enough to take risks and propose (and sell) innovative ideas.


• Responsible in collaboration with the digital marketing team for the strategic development, creative ideation and execution of all fully integrated marketing campaigns to support business initiatives, events and other internal clients from concept through completion. 

• Manage brand evolution and architecture to build brand equity in telecommunication and direct sales markets. 

• Creates, produces, and maintains the branding for all print and interactive marketing materials. 

• Leads a talented in-house creative team including graphic design, UX design and video production. 

• Build strategies for using video and other creative elements as an engaging way to attract and retain our customers and independent business owners. 

• Conceptualize strategic campaigns to support internal business partners and key stakeholders. •

Create new and enthusiastic ways to market our products and services. 

• Create, produce, and maintain the branding for all print and interactive marketing materials. 

• Establish and maintain a clear process to help the team manage and execute on a wide range of projects simultaneously from concept through development including web design, branding and product launches.   

• Ensure all creative content and CTA messaging is consistent throughout all platforms. 

• Manage client and vendor relationships, as needed. 

• Manage and facilitate work through the graphic queue using a digital workspace tool. 

• Responsible for keeping informed of new technologies, trends and marketing tools and bringing these ideas into consideration when building new campaigns. 

• Collaborates with other senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives. 

• Has influence over of planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities, and recommending and implementing changes to methods.


• Passionate about collaboration and leading by example. 

• Desire to mentor other creatives and pave the way for their professional growth and development. 

• Performs objective setting, performance appraisals, coaching, and pay reviews. 

• Excellent communications skills, verbal and written with a strong work ethic 

• Able to think both strategically & tactically to propose and execute design solutions  

• In-depth knowledge in design across multiple mediums: email, digital, social media, printed materials, Keynote presentations, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. 

• Ability to prioritize multiple projects to meet overall business needs

• Must be entrepreneurial minded and thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift quickly 

• Able to interact with various departments and levels of positions, including top executives 

• Possess a sound judgment and decision-making ability  

• Working knowledge of MS Office applications 

• Strong time management with ability to meet deadlines


• Demonstrated experience with strategizing and building end-to-end marketing campaigns inclusive of print, digital and video execution. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art, Marketing or related field with equivalent work experience 

• Management experience with direct reports 

• 10+ years developing a career in creative services with demonstrated experience strategizing and building end-to-end marketing campaigns inclusive of print, digital marketing, social media and video execution. 

• 3+ years’ experience managing a creative team. 

• Event graphics production experience building and supporting keynote presenters a plus 

• Direct Sales or telecommunications experience a plus  


• The employee must have flexibility to travel occasionally 

• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10lbs.
