JOB SUMMARY: As Creative Services Director, you’ll oversee our brand management. This includes building engaging campaigns with visual design elements. These will support the business and promote the ACN Opportunity and product portfolio. In other words, work that is alluring, engaging and persuasive!

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: 

· COLLABORATE with our digital marketing team for strategy, creativity and execution. Our campaigns support business initiatives, training events and various other assignments for internal clients, start to finish. You will also share ideas and build strategies with other senior managers on projects. 

· MANAGE brand evolution and equity in our direct-sales and telecommunications markets. Also, client and vendor relationships from time to time. 

· CREATE branding for print and digital interactive. Also, ideate new ways to market our products and services. We need your enthusiasm! 

· LEAD our in-house team of driven creatives. We have graphic designers, UX designers, and video production pros in the house. 

· BUILD strategies for video and other creative elements. We want work that engages our independent business owners and retains customers! 

· CONCEPTUALIZE strategic campaigns for internal business partners and key stakeholders. Let’s wow our bosses. 

· ESTABLISH and keep up a clear process of team management. We have tons of things going on at once, so keeping our ducks in a row is critical. This includes web design, branding, product launches and lots more. 

· ENSURE we stay consistent in content and calls to action, everywhere, all the time. 

· STAY UP on new tech and trends, marketing tools, and occasional sorcery when building things here. If you’ve learned it, share it with us! 

· INFLUENCE our planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities. You can try to influence our lunch choices but that’s an uphill battle. 

· RECOMMEND and IMPLEMENT changes to our methods. We value your creative input and want to work together to get to better things in better time. You with us? 

  

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES THAT’LL HELP YOU HERE: 

· PASSION for working with others and being a leader. 

· DESIRE to mentor creatives, and help them grow and develop. You’ll be part of setting objectives, appraising performance, coaching, and delivering merit reviews for them. 

· COMMUNICATION SKILLS - verbal and written. Be the strong worker and clear communicator we will follow to the ends of the earth. 

· DESIGN KNOWLEDGE - know what’s effective and eye-catching. Have confidence in your own ideas. We do email, digital marketing, social media, Keynote presentations, Adobe Creative Suite things, and even some printed material for old-time’s sake. 

· PRIORITIZATION - Can you keep the multiple projects we work on at once in the air?  

· ENTREPRENEURIAL MIND - We move fast around here and go get it. Priorities are in pencil. Changes could come from the next desk, another department or a company Co-Founder. 

· MS OFFICE - it’s what we use around here. 

· TIME MANAGEMENT - we all work together to keep those deadlines from whizzing past - or piling up on us.  

  

OTHER WAYS TO IMPRESS US 

· EXPERIENCE with strategy and building end-to-end marketing campaigns that seep into digital, print and video execution. We’d love it if you’ve been at this for 10 or more years. And for 3-plus years managing a creative team. Oh, is that direct sales or telecommunications experience we see on your resume? EXCELLENT. 

· A BACHELORS’ DEGREE in Fine Art, Marketing, a related field or something really, really cool and creative. 

· EVENT GRAPHICS PRODUCTION, because we present a lot of presentations here, too. Sometimes, out on the road.  

  

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT THIS POSITION  

  • We travel sometimes, and work outside of the 9-to-5 at times. 
  • We might ask you to lift or move something, up to 10 pounds. Not often, but sometimes. 
  • Close vision is almost always in play in this role and therefore, vital.
