The Sr. Events Specialist is mainly responsible for planning and project managing ACN events, which include incentive trips, large-scale training conferences, experiential conventions, and small to mid-sized training events. Additional responsibilities are listed as follows.


• Manage quarterly leadership meeting logistics such as tracking invitations, coordinating staffing, and solving any challenges as they arise

• Lead all aspects of our recognition program for our Independent Business Owners (IBO), which includes working with the marketing creative team to make continual improvements to the program, distribute recognition pins and other materials, and order and maintain recognition material inventory.

• Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly recognition reports

• Assist in handling logistics for arranging exclusive luncheons, dinners and associated meetings for quarterly conventions or as needed

• Manage relationship with Agency Partners and Worship Service team at quarterly conventions.

• Assist with large-scale convention move-in and move-out

• Implement special events and projects as requested


• Strong communications skills, verbal and written

• Motivated, organized and professional

• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

• Possess a sound judgment and decision-making ability

• Working knowledge of MS Office applications

• Strong time management with ability to meet deadlines

• Creative flair and eye for detail

• Must have a strong desire to provide top-notch event experiences and exceptional customer service

• Must be able to travel, up to 35% per year


• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

• 3+ years’ experience in event planning or hospitality

• Ability to effectively take direction from and collaborate with peers

• Direct Sales or telecommunications experience a plus


• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
