ACN is currently seeking a Senior Solutions Architect as a member of the ACN Salesforce team at our corporate headquarters in Concord, North Carolina. This role is responsible for understanding business needs and collaborating with other technology stakeholders to deliver high quality, technology based, business solutions. The Salesforce Solutions Architect is responsible for completing analysis, solution documentation, and platform configuration as needed. We are looking for a driven and self-directed individual with a proven passion for personal development and growth. This role will partner closely with our internal corporate, global and external partners, to continually deliver value on the Salesforce platform.   

Essential Functions  

· Partner with various teams including our global Call Centers, various business areas, Marketing, and IT teams to understand business requirements and provide solutions for requested enhancements and feature releases  

· Compare, contrast, and present proposals for solution candidates using resources within the AppExchange and Trailhead as necessary, in support of the Community, Service, and Integration Clouds  

· Write, update, maintain tickets within the Service Now project administration platform  

· Coordinate software development testing handoff, working closely with the internal QA team  

· Review defects, assist with initial triage and solution design to resolve   

· Assist in the design and creation of workflows and custom object design and builds  

· Create Custom reporting and dashboards within Salesforce as necessary  

· Complete User Administration tasks, Access Management Alignment, System Security, Role and Profile modifications (including Permission Sets, Sharing Rules & Public Groups)  

· Assist with change management administrative activities  

· Assist with data preparation, staging, and integration as needed   

· Assist with administration of sprint milestones  


  • 5 years Salesforce analyst and administration experience, equivalent experience will be considered  
  • Must be Salesforce Administrator certified  
  • Ability & willingness to engage in all phases and levels of the delivery process  
  • Demonstrable ability to formulate creative, effective solutions utilizing core Salesforce components with minimal to no customization  
  • Proven history of collaborating cross-functionally, for the purposes of business analysis, training, marketing, or other initiatives  
  • Ability to research solutions, assess options and formulate proposals for ways to solve demands from business partners  
  • Strong organizational skills, prior experience with business and technical analysis required  
  • Experience with and understanding of Call Center operations/Service Cloud is required  
  • Experience in Salesforce release & environment management is a plus  
  • Experience with SDLC (software development life cycle), and testing processes, release manager processes is preferred  
  • Experience with (or knowledge of) Agile Scrum methodologies is preferred
