Job Description

The Sr. Financial Relationship Manager plays a critical role in the development, growth, health and retention of major external partner relationships. The Sr. Financial Relationship Manager works with our partners to drive business goals and objectives that provide the best possible experience for our customers while maintaining and improving profitability. Specific areas of focus include product enhancements, product launch, management, product marketing management, process optimization, market research analysis and end user management and support.

Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Conduct regular scheduled meetings with partners and stakeholders to ensure needs are met.
  • Provide clear and consistent direction to supporting teams to drive business goals.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Product Management/ Ownership ensuring product is performing by analyzing detailed financial data with Finance department and ability to explain what is happening with the product and why based on financial analysis.
  • Monitor and analyze key business indicators and ensures accurate and timely delivery of data.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact as it relates to overall account, new opportunities and escalations.
  • Build strong and mutually beneficial relationships with external partners. Maintaining and Relationship building with partners and vendors is a key requirement for this position.
  • Research and analyze current industry trends in the market to identify new product enhancement opportunities.
  • Identifies new partnerships and assists in developing new relationships.

Skills

  • Understanding of sales, forecasting and analytical performance metrics.
  • Extremely High Degree of attention to detail and Expert in Excel for budgeting, forecasting and analyzing key metrics
  • Previous Project Management in Energy/ Utilities sector with focus on product management highly preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/partners simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to address issues in a timely manner while identifying the root cause.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Knowledge of marketing and its relationship to product management.
  • Experience with Power BI highly preferred.
  • Financial Data Analysis with advanced Excel Skills.

Education & Experience

  • 7+ years’ work experience in B2B Strategic Account Management.
  • BS Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
  • Experience as a Strategic Account Manager, Financial Relationship Manager, or Key Account Manager.
  • Product Management or previous Project Management experience in Energy/ Utilities Industry preferred.

Working Environment

As a condition of your employment with ACN, Inc, you will be required to work onsite at our Charlotte office. When considering this position, please be aware that you will be expected to perform your duties at our physical location as outlined in your offer of employment, We understand circumstances may require temporary remote work arrangements and exceptions may be granted on a case-by-case basis. However, it’s essential for candidates to understand that the standard expectations is to work onsite.
Office environment Mon-Fri, between the hours of 8 A.M to 5 P.M

The position may require occasional travel for continuing education, training or support.
