JOB SUMMARY: The IT Support Specialist is part of the IT Infrastructure team, providing technical support of the company’s PC hardware and software systems. He or she will respond to support requests for new equipment and services, and investigation and remediation of reported technical issues.


· Provide remote and in-person technical support of end-user devices and associated software, network, and telephony systems.

· Investigate, triage and resolve issues with IT systems

· Imaging, configuration and deployment of Windows and Mac workstations 

· General administration of Microsoft ActiveDirectory and Office365 systems


· Extensive knowledge working with Windows operating systems and Microsoft applications

· Experience building and troubleshooting desktop, laptop, and virtual workstations in a corporate enterprise environment

· Experience with printers’ deployment, setup, and troubleshooting 

· Understanding of Active Directory user rights and permissions administration

· Experience troubleshooting local network issues hands-on and remotely

· Ability to stay organized in a shared office space 

· Self-motivated and professional. Able to work with minimal supervision

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent customer-focused skills

· Adaptable to changing environment and workload. Flexible and efficient, able to multitask

· Work well under pressure/deadlines. Ability to prioritize

· The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs

· Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision

· The employee is regularly required to talk and hear

· The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office 

· Ability to work on other IT related projects as directed by management


· Experience supporting C-level executives

· Installation and diagnosis of MacOS and applications

· Ability to troubleshoot mobile devices (iOS, Android)

· Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems

· Experience with software deployment tool(s)

· E-Mail system administration (O365, Exchange, Mimecast)

· VPN account administration

· VOIP, VMWare, Group Policy, Powershell


· 2 year IT degree or equivalent experience

· Desire to take advantage of training and learning opportunities

· Independent, self-starting attitude
